The RMIT Design Research Institute invites you to a
BRIEFING EVENT – Design Challenge 2011: Homelessness
If you are researcher, student, design practitioner, service provider
or community organisation or have experience in homelessness we invite
you to an exchange of information and ideas. If you have a Design
Challenge proposal idea, come and find out more about the issues, the
work being done in the sector, and meet other potential team members or
seek specific expertise.If you are service provider or have specific
knowledge in the sector, come and share it with the teams or pose to
them the challenges or issues you consider are a priority.
There will be a series of short presentations; speakers include: Nicole
Lawder, CEO Homelessness Australia and RMIT researcher Prof Chris
Chamberlain and Architect Sean Godsell, followed by Q&A. An ideas
noticeboard will be available for participant’s profiles and
information links.
