Designed by Lend Lease Design and housing their Melbourne offices, this blockish building (labelled FUJITSU) is part of the spanking new end of town. It’s a small building compared to its mammoth neighbours and is green enough to rate six stars on the sustainability gauge .

The areas accessible on today’s tour were just the foyer (planted wall and Gasgoine-esque timber lining), and the 2nd floor offices of Lend Lease, very comfortably fitted out by Hecker Phelan Guthrie .
